Admissions Process
We extend our heartfelt appreciation to all parents and guardians who have shown interest in enrolling their wards at St Bernadette Soubirous School. Due to the high volume of applications and the completion of our available admission slots, we regret to inform you that enrollment for the 2025/26 academic year is now officially closed.

Enrolment Procedure is a follows
Enrolment in Kindergarten 1 or 2
- Buy an application form at a price determined by the Archdiocesan Educational Committee (A.E.C). This is usually in January/February of a new year.
- The form is completed on the day of purchase and returned to the school with an attachment of 2 passport pictures, copies of birth certificate, weighing card, and baptismal card (for Catholics only).
- The parent is given a date and time to bring the child for a readiness test.
- Upon successful completion of the readiness test, an admission letter is given with a bill to be paid by a deadline which will be stated.
- Payment of the bill indicates an acceptance of the admission which is non-refundable.
- A bill that is not settled by the deadline will be an indication that the admission slot is vacant and will be taken away.
Enrolment in Basic. 1 to Basic. 7
- Write an application letter to the Headmistress indicating the class that is being sought (this should be done between January and May).
- The parent will be called to bring the child for an entrance examination at a given date and time.
- The parent will buy an Application Form on the day of the entrance examination. It must be completed and returned to the school on the same day.
- Upon success in the entrance exam, an admission letter is given with a bill to be paid by a deadline which will be stated.
- Payment of the bill indicates an acceptance of the admission which is non-refundable.
- A bill that is not settled by the deadline will be an indication that the admission slot is vacant and will be taken away.
